Our Story

In the beginning man created film festivals.

We named our film festival Grindsploitation. The quality of submissions were great but few. We felt like the festival name was pigeon holing us to a certain type of movie. So, in 2021 we changed our name to NOOGA Underground Film Festival. We still show the same weird stuff as we always have but with a name change, we will appeal to a wider variety of films and provide a true festival for local filmmakers to showcase their hard work.
